How To Fundraise with Fudge!
1. Please contact Sweet Tooth Fudge, LLC before you begin your fundraising to arrange dates.
3. Members return orders to the fundraising chairperson of your organization
4. We make your fudge fresh to order, package, and label it in 1/2 Ib. boxes.

1. Please contact Sweet Tooth Fudge, LLC before you begin your fundraising to arrange dates.
- 1 month time is needed from the start of selling to the date of delivery
- Fill in your group’s information on the order sheet before making copies for members
- Members collect payment when the order is placed
- $9.00 a half pound - Cash or checks (made out to your organization).
3. Members return orders to the fundraising chairperson of your organization
- Chairperson: tally all orders & verify payment
- Record totals on the tally sheet
- Send tally sheet to us along with $6.00 for every half pound sold
- Cash or one check made payable to Sweet Tooth Fudge, LLC
- Your profit is the remainder of sales ($3.00 each ½ pound sold)
- It is common and easy for groups to sell 200-400 half pounds
4. We make your fudge fresh to order, package, and label it in 1/2 Ib. boxes.
- Allow two weeks time for this
- Delivery/ pick-up of fudge will be determined by Sweet Tooth Fudge, LLC and each organization based on location and distance
- When you receive your fudge, you sort it for distribution to your members
